Our journey is rooted in care, culture, and community — and we are grateful to everyone who supports this shared vision of empowerment and lasting impact.

Began as Tribal Crafts, a sole proprietorship rooted in preserving traditional bead artistry and creating livelihood for rural women artisans.
Transitioned into a community-based enterprise, strengthening collective ownership and expanding opportunities for artisan families.
Partnered with All India Artisans and Craftworkers Welfare Association, New Delhi, for new product development and capacity-building programs, enhancing design innovation and market readiness.
Incorporated as Ladi Handicrafts Private Limited, marking a significant step toward structured growth and wider market reach.
Recognised as a Startup by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Government of India.
Recognised and funded under the StartupTN – MSME Initiative, strengthening our mission of women-led entrepreneurship.
